At 5:30 p.m., Wicomico Goes Purple will take the stage to announce the winners of the Downtown Salisbury Wicomico Goes Purple Window Decorating Contest, with special remarks by Mayor Jake Day and WGP organizer Stephanie Willey and a moment of silence with Clarion Call. The Plaza will be decked out in purple, and attendees in support of the initiative are encouraged to also wear purple to bring awareness to the opioid epidemic.
